This year, St. Mary of the Hills School kindergarten through second-grade teachers are using Fundations in their classrooms. Next year, third grade will be added to this new multisensory structured language program. This program was developed by Wilson® and brings more than a decade of systematic and explicit instruction to our classrooms. Based on the Wilson Reading System® principles, Wilson Fundations® provides research-based materials and strategies essential to a comprehensive reading, spelling, and handwriting program.

Wilson Fundations® makes learning to read fun while laying the groundwork for lifelong literacy. Students are receiving a systematic program in critical foundational skills.
