Milton Council on Aging to hold monthly meeting on February 10

The Council on Aging (COA) is set to host its next monthly meeting on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place at the COA building, located at 10 Walnut Street, in the Class Room. Community members are encouraged to attend and participate.

The agenda for the meeting includes a variety of important topics, ensuring transparency and engagement in the council’s activities:

1. Call to Order – Official commencement of the meeting.
2. Public Comments – Open floor for community input.
3. Secretary’s Report – Attendees are reminded to sign in.
4. Treasurer’s Report – Financial updates.
5. Director’s Report – Program updates and details on upcoming trips.
6. Friends of COA Report – Presented by Doreen.
7. SSE Report – Presented by Mary Ann.
8. Committee Reports:
   • Quality Control – Led by Sara.
   • Reach Out – Led by Jeanne & Marge.
   • Community Voices – Led by Janet & Caroline.
   • Administration – Led by Bobbi & Maryellen.
9. Old Business:
   • Discussion on intergenerational initiatives.
   • Plans for a memorial tree for Marshall, with Janet collecting contributions.
