Long-time Milton resident Ruth Baltopoulos joins Milton Neighbors admin team

Last week, we made a Big, Giant Announcement in the Milton Neighbors Facebook group.

In case you missed it:

I would like to announce that long-time Milton resident, 25+ year Town Meeting Member, original Milton Playground Planner, original Milton Neighbors member, talented photographer, horse-lover, wordsmith, and one of my very dear friends, Ruth Baltopoulos, will be joining the Admin team in Milton Neighbors. 🎉

Ruth is on the up-and-up with what’s going on in Town and will be a fun, witty, and inspiring addition to the team.

Welcome, Ruth! 💗

We will also be making some changes to the group, which I’ll do my best to announce as they’re made. Keep an eye on the Featured Posts for any new and important announcements, as well as posts you may want to participate in.

Thank you again for your membership and have a wonderful weekend! 🥂

Ruth is already making her mark as a new admin, with classic posts like…

A call to share your “photo with a story” (click here to share yours!)

A tree-lined path in Milton showcases vibrant fall foliage, flanked by sidewalks and roads, creating a picturesque route favored by locals and Milton Neighbors alike.

Pet Peeve shares (there are some fun ones in this thread- Click here to share yours!)

Illustration of various cartoon dogs and cats with diverse expressions. Text reads: "Common Pet Peeves." The playful scene seems straight out of a story by Ruth Baltopoulos, capturing the lively antics that Milton Neighbors find endearing and exasperating all at once. .

… and this very helpful and neighborly sign idea (Click here to check it out)

Signs on a house porch read "A Snow Angel is Needed Here," kindly requesting volunteer help for snow shoveling. Milton resident Ruth Baltopoulos hopes helpful neighbors will rally together to keep the paths clear and safe for everyone this winter.

We are so lucky at The Milton Scene and in Milton Neighbors!

Head on over to the group to give her a shout-out: facebook.com/groups/miltonneighbors
