The Council on Aging (COA) will hold its monthly meeting on November 18, welcoming community members to join the conversation and stay updated on local senior services and activities. The meeting will kick off at 9:00 a.m. and follow an agenda covering essential reports and new initiatives.

Meeting Agenda:

1. Call to Order: The meeting will begin promptly with an official call to order.
2. Public Comments: A time for community members to voice their thoughts and suggestions.
3. Secretary’s Report: A summary of previous meeting minutes and updates.
4. Treasurer’s Report: A financial overview of COA resources and expenditures.
5. Director’s Report:
   • Program Updates: Insights on ongoing programs for seniors.
   • Upcoming Trips: Information on planned excursions.
6. Friends of COA, led by Doreen: Discussion of recent fundraising events, including the “Bling” event results.
7. SSE Report: Presented by Mary Ann, covering social services and engagement updates.
8. Committee Reports:
   • Quality Control: Presented by Sara.
   • Reach Out: Updates by Marge on outreach activities.
   • Community Voices: Discussion led by Janet and Caroline on community feedback.
   • Administration: Bobbi will discuss administrative updates.

    • Volunteer for Food Pantry: COA is seeking volunteers to support the local food pantry.
