October 19: Pop-up Art School – Reverse painting workshop at the Milton Public Library
On Saturday, October 19, from 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., Pop-up Art School will be back at the MPL in our Keys Community Room to teach an adult craft program called: “Reverse Painting – Choose Your Image.” In this project, you will learn about this centuries-old art form to reverse glass painting and create our own lovely piece. Choose from 3 images and paint it using acrylic paint on clear acetate.
Reverse painting techniques have been used since the 16th century. The details are painted first and then the large shapes are created. For more details, go to this link where you will also need to register in advance, as space is limited: tinyurl.com/yk262wpk
