Milton Belect Board to discuss new school project, finances, and more at upcoming meeting

The Milton Select Board will convene for its next meeting on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Council on Aging, located at 10 Walnut Street, Milton, MA, in the Paul Kelly Community Room. The agenda for the evening includes a variety of topics, starting with the call to order and the Pledge of Allegiance. Following these formalities, the board will open the floor for public comment, allowing Milton residents to voice their concerns or provide feedback.

A key discussion item will focus on questions for the School Building Committee regarding the New School Project. This topic is likely to draw considerable interest as the town continues to explore options for educational facilities and infrastructure improvements.

The board will also consider dates for a Special Town Meeting, with February 3 and February 10, 2025, proposed as potential options.
