Boston Typewriter Orchestra live concert to take place Nov. 2 at the Milton Public Library

On Saturday, November 2, at 2:00 p.m. in the Keys Community Room, join the Milton Public Library for a fun and entertaining hour with the Boston Typewriter Orchestra. The BTO is a collective endeavor which “engages in rhythmic manipulation combined with elements of performance, comedy, and satire.”

The Orchestra has posed the questions of: “What is an instrument? Can music be performed on objects of the business world? What is the intersection of industry and art? Where can we find beauty and purpose in the world’s relentless grind and repetition?”

Please bring the family for this free event, which will present fascinating percussion, vocals and other instruments to enjoy for the whole family. This rhythmic music is great for kids, too, so please join us!

This program is kindly supported by the Friends of the Milton Public Library, and is free and open to all.

The library is located at 476 Canton Avenue, Milton MA.
