  1. Call to Order
    The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. sharp.
  2. Administrative Items
    The board will review and approve previous meeting minutes, confirm future meeting dates, and receive updates from the Director of Planning and Community Development.
  3. Citizens Speak
    Residents are invited to express their thoughts or concerns during the Citizens Speak portion of the meeting.
  4. Public Hearing
    • 7:10 p.m.: Public hearing on the site plan approval for 0 Blue Hill Ave/Parcel B-7-5, the proposed location for The Gardner School.
    • 7:20 p.m.: Continued discussion on the site plan approval amendment for 10 Bassett Street, originally scheduled for September 16.

    Several ongoing discussions will be revisited, including:

    • Updates and revisions to the Site Plan Approval Bylaw
