Come enjoy an early evening concert with master banjo picker and storyteller Hubby Jenkins at the Forbes House Museum on Sept. 7, 2024, 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Jenkins, a former member of the Carolina Chocolate Drops along with Rhiannon Giddens, will present blues and jazz songs from the 1920s and 1930s and discuss how they impart the African-American historical experience.
Bring a lawn chair and a picnic basket.
