The CPC will review several significant proposals for FY2025, including the development of a boat ramp, a splash pad, updates to the Atherton Street Fire Station, and initiatives from the Affordable Housing Trust. Environmental projects will also be discussed, including collaboration with the Climate Action Planning Committee and ecological studies for Pine Tree Brook and other conservation efforts.

The meeting will also cover recommendations from the Planning Board and updates on the first phase of current projects. An update on the Community Preservation Act (CPA) plan is also on the agenda.

Residents are encouraged to attend, either in person or virtually, to provide their input on these community-enhancing projects. The committee values community engagement and looks forward to productive discussions.
