The Planning Board is working with the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) to develop a mixed-use overlay zoning district in East Milton Square.

This effort continues years of planning and visioning in the neighborhood.

MAPC has developed a brief survey to solicit input from the community and help guide the planning process. Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey; feedback will be shared with the Planning Board and will be used to refine zoning recommendations.
