It’s summer 2024! Ready for fireworks?

Upcoming fireworks season 2024 for July 4th and more

Saturday June 29th

Braintree: The annual Braintree 4th of July celebration will be held on Saturday July 1st! It is a fun filled day for the whole family including a parade, a food truck rodeo, music and fireworks.

Stars & Stripe Parade 11:45am

The parade is the perfect kick off to the days festivities: Kick back and set up your lawn chair starting at the RMV, heading north on Washington St., ending at the Hollis School, 482 Washington St.

Braintree high School field, 4;00 – 9:00 p.m. – Activities for all Ages!

Fireworks: 9:30 p.m.

Sunday July 2nd – Canton:

6:30 p.m. Gates Open
6:45 p.m. Inflatables, Face painting, and Airbrush Tattoos
7:00 p.m. Concert featuring Classic Trax
9:00 p.m. Fireworks

Food & Beverages available for purchase at the Irish Cultural Centre Pub.

Please be prepared for bag checks upon arrival. No coolers

Sunday July 2nd – Cohasset

6:00 p.m. – Festivities begin with food trucks and a DJ

9:15 p.m. – Cohasset Community Fireworks

Location: Sandy Beach on Tuesday, July 2. Attendees are encouraged to walk or take shuttle buses from the high school or Cohasset Common.

Wednesday July 3rd – Randolph

7:00 p.m. – The Night Before the Fourth Parade. The parade will start at the Higashi School and travel along North Main Street into Crawford Square. Food trucks will be next to the Turner Free Library as well as in the America’s Food Basket parking lot, with several smaller vendors along the parade route.

9:00 p.m. – Fireworks at the Randolph High School field.

Wednesday July 3rd – Sharon

The Town of Sharon will be hosting their annual 4th of July Independence Day celebration and fireworks on Monday July 3rd at Memorial Park Beach with firework at the end of the day at Lake Massapoag.

4:00 p.m. Children’s Parade – The parade will travel on Beach St. to the bandstand. Line up at Beech Tree Park at 3:45. Feel free to bring a decorated bike, stroller, etc. Participating children will receive a frozen treat at the bandstand.

Ongoing activities starting at 4:15pm:

  • Sharon’s tenth food truck fair, featuring some of the Boston area’s best food trucks
  • Carnival games
  • Train rides from the Roaming Railroad (a longtime Sharon Independence Day Celebration tradition)
  • #sharon4thewin Photo Contest (see our photo contest page for details).

6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Live music on the bandstand, featuring Mo Bounce!

8:00 p.m.- Pie Eating Contest on the bandstand lawn

9:30 pm Independence Day Finale – fireworks fired from barge on Lake Massapoag
