Discover chair yoga on May 16 at the Milton Public Library
“Adult Chair Yoga” with instructor Marianne Zullas will take place on Thursday afternoon, May 16, at 3:00 p.m.
Chair yoga is recommended to anyone who spends long periods of time in a seated position.
This is a very beneficial practice for teenagers, adults, seniors, people in wheelchairs or those with physical disabilities, and all of these participants should find the exercises very helpful.
Some of the benefits of doing chair yoga are building core strength, mobility, flexibility, stress and anxiety reduction, and improvement in mental clarity.
Advance registration is required here: tinyurl.com/wf2ce29p
This event is kindly sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Public Library and is free and open to all.
