“Tree Planting with Wakefield Arboretum” to take place Sept. 26 at Milton Public Library

“Tree Planting with Wakefield Arboretum” is a Milton Grows event scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 26, at 6:30 p.m. Trees are an extremely important part of combatting climate change. They also play a key role in supporting our ecosystems.

Come to the library for a presentation by staff from the Wakefield Arboretum on choosing the right tree to plant in your yard, how to plant it, and how to maintain it. Registration for this program is required in advance.

For questions, visit www.miltonlibrary.org or email [email protected].

Milton Grows is a year-long initiative focused on gardening and sustainability, which is funded by the federal Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the MBLC, and supported by our partners Sustainable Milton and the Friends of the Milton Public Library.

We hope you will consider visiting the Milton Public Library this September to be entertained, educated and inspired by our programs!
