Town of Milton seeks appraisal services bids for land swap parcels

The Town of Milton is soliciting sealed bids from qualified appraisal firms to conduct appraisals on nine (9) parcels of land that are subject to a land swap in which two (2) are proposed to be removed from Article 97 protection and seven (7) are proposed to be entered into Article 97 protection.

These appraisals are required as a part of the Executive Office of Energy & Environmental Affairs process for handling Article 97 land.

Bid documents will be available beginning on September 6, 2023, by visiting www.townofmilton.org/bids.aspx.

Qualified firms are requested to submit bids to Town Administrator Nicholas Milano at Town Hall, 525 Canton Ave, Milton MA 02186 in accordance with the instructions contained within the IFB no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 21, 2023.
