Remembering Milton Neighbor Brian MacLean

Beloved photographer, police officer, dad, friend, and neighbor Brian Milton MacLean’s passed away suddenly on September 6th after succumbing to an injury following an accidental fall.

Brian was a talented photographer – especially of oceanscapes and landscapes – and a lover of peace.

A good friend and confidante to many, Brian is perhaps best known for his dedication to his beautiful children, Madison and Tyler. His Facebook profile is filled with pictures of adventures with his kids – you can see and feel just how very much he loved them. He loved being a dad.

Brian took joy in the little things – his favorite “happy place” lighthouse, weekend lunch with Maddie, and a beer by his fire pit.

Milton will miss you, Brian. ❤️

Brian passed away unexpectedly due to an accidental fall while out with his son. Brian was a loving father, cherished friend, and beloved member of the Milton community. His sudden departure left a void in many, especially in the lives of his children, Madison and Tyler.

As the family comes to terms with this tragic event, they are faced with the harsh realities of dealing with the financial burdens that accompany such an unexpected loss. We are asking family, friends, and community members for support.

The funds will be used for funeral expenses, support for the children including grief and trauma counseling as well as establishing an educational fund. Every contribution will make a meaningful difference in their lives and provides much needed relief during this time. No amount is too small.
