Virtual Networking Group to take place January 11 and 18
For those of you who are thinking about a second career or who would like to get back into the workforce, we have a free employment 12-part series scheduled through Spring 2023 called: “Virtual Networking Group for 50+ Job Seekers” which will address many helpful job search topics and each lasts 2 hours.
Every month there will be 4 individual sessions for you to choose from, held on Wednesdays, and here are the January offerings:
- 1/4 at 9:30 a.m. or 1/11 at 6:00 p.m. – “Self-Assessment and Transferrable Skills” and
- 1/18 at 9:30 a.m. or 1/25 at 6:00 p.m. – “Create Your Career Story Pitch.”
During every month through June, 2 new job-related topics will be discussed with AM and PM time slots for your convenience. If you are interested in attending any of these online workshops, please go to our website (see URL below) and find your chosen date and subject for more details.
You may attend one or all 12 classes; however this series progressively teaches participants success skills with each meeting. There will be just one Zoom registration link to log into the morning sessions and a separate link for the evening sessions, no matter what date you choose. Over 60 MA public libraries are participating in this career series and the facilitator is Career Coach Debbi Hope of Hope Associates.
