Dr. Flavia DeSouza, MD MHS is a board-certified psychiatrist, child and adolescent fellow and clinician educator with an interest in supporting global, child and student mental health. She is an advocate for mental health literacy in the Caribbean diaspora. In her role at Vision4Equity, She offers expertise on engaging with young adults, group dynamics, power relations and creating a culture of psychological safety.
