“The Singing Trooper and His Wife” concert to take place Dec. 10
If you would like to catch some holiday spirit, there will be an in person festive concert on Saturday, 12/10, at 2:00 p.m. in the Keys Community Room with two great singers: vocalist Dan Clark – otherwise known as “The Singing Trooper” and his wife, vocalist Mary Colarusso Clark – who will entertain us with some wonderful songs of the season!
This fabulous vocal team performs all around the country at sporting events, concerts, celebrations and more. Introduced to stage performances from the age of 5 by his parents, Dan began a journey to develop into the talented vocalist he is today. This performer worked in MA law enforcement until he retired to devote himself to music, and for the last 35 years he has sung at more than 2500 events for Federal, State, Local, and Military functions. Dan’s wife, Mary Colarusso (Clark) is a coloratura soprano, a graduate of the Boston Conservatory of Music, and has been the lead soprano for both the Lowell Opera and Boston Bel Canto Opera companies.
She has also performed with the Boston Classical Orchestra for Harry Elis Dickson’s Birthday Extravaganza, hosted by Mike Wallace, and with the Boston Civic Sympthony for their Valentine’s Day production, hosted by Ron Dellachiesa.
