Caller reports MA REG HMS88 left the station without paying full balance. Officer spoke with management, and discovered it was an error on their end, but was able to contact the registered owner who agreed to fulfill the payment.

Caller reported a SP black male wearing shiny pants, grey sweatshirt and a surgical mask was stumbling around in the area. Officer reported the party had just been discharged from the Hospital and he gave him a ride to the Mattapan T station.
