Goal Setting for the New Year class to take place Dec. 6 at Milton Public Library
Meditation instructor Amy Rutledge will be back on Tuesday, 12/6, at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom to teach a class called: “Goal Setting for the New Year via Creative Virtualization.”
This program will teach us how to set our personal goals for 2023 and the importance of mindfulness and gratitude as part of this process. “Creative Virtualization” is one of the fastest ways to re-program your subconscious beliefs and to reach your goals faster! Not only will this technique make you feel really good in the moment, but it will also help set clear goals so that you can take inspired action in achieving your desires.
Advance registration is required at our website and once signed up, a Zoom connection link will be emailed to you on the day of the program. Please join us!
We hope to see you during December, and for questions, please Email [email protected] or call the Reference Dept. at (617) 898-4964.
