Select Board February 15,16 and 17: Town Administrator Update and More

At the beginning of the first meeting, a moment of silence was held for Kathy and Jim Dunphy. Flags in town will fly at half mast.

Town Administrator transition

The Select Board voted in support of former Town Administrator Annemarie Fagan stepping in to assist in the transition period during current Town Administrator, Michael Dennehys’ departure from the position. All parties feel that it will be a seamless transition. More details and information is to be forthcoming at the next scheduled meeting.

Special Town Meeting 3/14

The request to hold the meeting remotely has been approved.

432 Adams Street

The ratification to the post closing agreement regarding the purchase and sale of the parcel of land located at 432 Adams Street was approved and supported.

The next meeting took place on February 23.
