Self-swab COVID-19 testing at South Shore Medical Center now open to members of the public

Appointments are required, and can be conveniently scheduled online. Tests take just a few minutes and, in most cases, deliver results within 48 hours.

In order to be eligible, patients must be a close contact to an individual with COVID-19 and currently experiencing symptoms.

Patients park, check in at the South Entrance, collect their test kit, return to their vehicles to conduct their swab, and return the kit.

Testing is not available for travel purposes.
