East Milton Square overpass update: lane closures on I-93 to begin October 12

Lane Closures on I-93 Northbound and Southbound as a result of East Milton Square bridge deck repairs

Work will occur Sunday through Thursday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. starting on Tuesday, October 12

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is announcing lane closures on I-93 northbound and southbound to support the East Milton Square bridge deck repairs. Closures will occur overnight, Sunday through Thursday, from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. starting on Tuesday, October 12.

These overnight lane closures are expected to occur for the next 2 months.

In August 2020, MassDOT broke ground on improvements to the East Milton Square Bridge Deck and its surrounding roads and infrastructure.
