Select Board views 648 and 652 Canton Ave. as two separate projects – March 1 Select Board Update

Originally, The Select Board was scheduled to meet to discuss the Good Energy Aggregation bids, but due to some document changes that needed to be made, this discussion was pushed out to March 8.

The next item for discussion is the beginning phases of preparing the Project Eligibility Letter (PEL) for 648 Canton Ave.

The idea is to maintain the same consistency as the 652 Canton Ave. PEL, which can be viewed here: https://www.townofmilton.org/select-board/40b-site-eligibility-application-information/pages/652-canton-avenue-chapter-40b.

The Select Board expressed their sentiments regarding the importance of looking at 652 Canton Ave. as a separate project.

“The big concern is to make sure that it is looked at as a separate project in their deliberations.”

Comments will be collected and incorporated into the 648 Canton Ave. PEL as the process will be beginning very shortly.
