Female described as a w/f in her 20s wearing light colored denim jeans and a zip up sweatshirt with a tatoo on her neck. Female got into a white Nissan with out of state plates. Officers checked the area and reported the female and vehicle were gone on arrival. Officer Forzese to write report on next tour of duty.
