Tonight’s Select Board Meeting: Milton’s 4R (arrival runway) MIT study and 4L(arrival runway) Environmental Assessment update

Why should this matter to you?

Milton already has one satellite based arrival path over town, known as 4R. Because this is a satellite-based path, it can accommodate a large amount of planes, which all fly consistently over the same school, parks, and homes.

4L is another arrival path over Town but it is currently not satellite-based, resulting in fewer planes. If and when it is converted into a satellite-based path, Milton will endure even more plane noise and pollution over a different concentrated area.

If this concerns you, you might consider watching the meeting.
