School Committee names James Jette interim superintendent for Milton Public Schools
At their August 26th meeting, the Milton School Committee unanimously chose Milton High School principal James Jette as interim superintendent for the Milton district.
Jette will replace Mary Gormley, who last week retired due to a family emergency. Mary had worked 46 years with the district, 12 of them as superintendent. No stranger to the district, Jette has served as MHS principal for over eight years, and has been in the district for over 23 years.
