Milton Parks and Recreation announces 2020 outdoor youth softball and baseball clinics

Softball Clinic

Director: Mike Kinsella
Ages: 10 – 16 Session will be capped at 35 players
Dates (Mondays): Sept. 21, 28 Oct. 5, 12
Time: 4 – 5:30pm.
Cost: $100

Participants will learn proper fielding and throwing techniques. With the focus on the
fundamentals of fielding ground balls and catching flyballs. Players will receive instruction on
proper hitting mechanics. There will be live infield and outfield drills each session.

Baseball Clinic

Director: John Kostas
Ages: 7 – 12 Session will be capped at 35 players
Dates (Mondays): Sept. 21, 28 Oct. 5, 12
Time: 4 – 5:30pm.
Cost: $100

Instruction will focus on developing the basic and advanced techniques of fielding and throwing.
We will evaluate each player’s hitting mechanics each session and make adjustments as needed.
Players will be introduced to the proper fundamentals of fielding ground balls and catching
flyballs. There will be live infield and outfield drills each session.
