Caller reports his motor vehicle was stolen with MA reg 9DJK40 and MA reg 92AM73. Officer reports two-party placed under arrest. Owner of Ma reg 92AM73 retrieved car key on 7/20/2020. Returned evidence form signed and scanned into incident.
