Town of Milton Planning Board sends out press release

The Town of Milton Planning Board would like to share the following information related to local planning related initiatives.

East Milton Square Community Outreach and Planning Initiative – the Planning Board invites you to join in a presentation by consultant Barrett Planning Group
summarizing input from the first public meeting held in November . Case studies from other communities and next steps will be discussed.
Milton Art Center, 334 Edge Hill Road, 7 p.m. – January 29, 2020

Milton Village- the Planning Board voted. to submit the “Milton Village Mixed-Use Planned Unit Development” overlay zoning to the Select Board for inclusion in the
Warrant for the Annual Town Meeting in May 2020. The Board would like to extend the opportunity to learn about the overlay and to solicit feedback about the zoning. There are three upcoming Planning Board meetings, at least one of which will be a public hearing, where this will be on the agenda :

Town Center-The Planning Board has engaged the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MPAC) to facilitate a public envisioning session on the potential for future
use in the Town Center, including a new central fire station, and invites you to come and share your thoughts and ideas.
