Public information meeting for Icehouse 40B project to take place Dec. 18

A public information meeting for The Icehouse (485-487 Blue Hills Parkway) 40B proposal will take place on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. at the Council on Aging,10 Walnut Street, Milton.

The Town of Milton Select Board is inviting public comment at a meeting regarding the Comprehensive Permit Site Approval Application for the Ice House Project at 485-487 Blue Hills Parkway which was recently submitted to Mass Housing.

The proposed plan is for 56 condominiums of which 14 will be affordable for families at or below 80% of AMI.
