Third annual Mike’s 5k to Crush Substance Abuse to take place on October 19, 2019

5k raises money for substance abuse prevention and treatment programs

The third annual Mike’s 5k to Crush Substance Abuse will take place on October 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in Milton. Register at mikes5k.racewire.com. Walkers and runners of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate! This is a family-friendly event and you are invited to bring your children in strollers; and dogs. This event raises money for substance abuse prevention and treatment programs. In 2018, we donated $75,000 to Bay State Community Services, the Boston Bulldog Running Club, the Gavin Foundation, the Grayken Center at Boston Medical Center and the Milton Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition. Doors at the Cunningham and Collicot Schools on Edge Hill Road in Milton will open at 9:00 a.m. and the 5k begins promptly at 10:00 a.m.
