About our guest:
“I used to look quite a bit different. I was unhealthy. I was tired all the time. I hated the way I felt. The person I saw in the mirror couldn’t possibly be me could it? I tried counting calories. That helped for about five minutes, and then I would just put the weight right back on. I tried portion control. I tried cutting carbs completely.
Nothing worked!
And the more depressed I got about it, the more I felt like eating. What a vicious cycle. I began feeling completely helpless…that is, until I decided to make a change. I started working out with personal trainers and hanging around gyms. I learned how to eat in a way that the weight just feel off. I had figured it out. After years of struggling, I had figured out the key to a healthy and fit body.”
The Twist:
Apple Rosemary Rickey Cocktail
