Urban Land Institute releases recommendations for East Milton

Report to discuss recommendations for re-energizing East Milton Square

The East Milton Square Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) convened in January under the direction of the Urban Land Institute’s Boston/New England Chapter. The TAP, consisting of eight real estate professionals, met with local business owners, residents, representatives from the Town of Milton and other key stakeholders. The purpose of the TAP was to devise a strategy to advance a district planning effort to address zoning changes that will enable the Town to re-energize East Milton Square.
