Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton to host free women’s health event
Event to discuss preventative health screenings
Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton (BID-Milton) will hold a free community education lecture entitled “The Importance of Preventative Women’s Health Screenings” on Wednesday, May 15 at 6:30 p.m. in the hospital’s Nangeroni Education Center.
BID-Milton family practice doctor Nicole Lopez, MD, will lead a discussion on all the necessary preventative health screenings that women should receive to remain healthy. Dr. Lopez will discuss Pap smears, mammograms, bone density tests, colonoscopies and immunizations.
Dr. Lopez is on the BID-Milton Medical Staff and maintains an office in Randolph. As a family practice doctor, Dr. Lopez provides primary care to pediatric and adult patients. She has a special interest in women’s health.
