Town of Milton to reconstruct Lincoln Street this summer through “Complete Streets” program
Follow-up informational meeting to be held on May 2nd
The Town of Milton will be reconstructing Lincoln Street this summer through its “Complete Streets” program. The main goal of the project is to provide safer accommodations for pedestrians and bicycles using Lincoln Street while also calming vehicular traffic. The Milton Department of Public Works held an informational meeting on March 7th to present preliminary design concepts and to discuss the project with residents.
The Milton DPW will be holding a follow-up meeting on Thursday, May 2nd, at 6:30 p.m. in the Blute Conference Room, which is in the basement of the Milton Town Hall. The project’s design consultant, Stantec, will present the final design which has incorporated some of the resident feedback from our first meeting.
