Teenie, Tiny, Micro Apartments Coming To Granite Ave

Milton’s Favorite Developer, Specious Properties, recently announced its plans to convert the former two bedroom one bath residential home at 666 Granite Avenue into 11 micro apartments.

While there will be no additional space added to the 1300 square foot structure, there will be renovations sufficient to provide 130 square feet per unit. Each unit will feature a chair, microwave and a hat hook.

“These properties are perfect for really skinny people who don’t sleep… and gnomes.” – Specious Properties spokesperson Herman Smithman.

Rents are expected to being at $3900 per month. Up to four parking spaces will be be provided for the building, with one reserved for a zip car.
