You may ask why you should take the time to vote. Here is why…
- The voter turnout shows the health of the democracy.
- According to MIT Election Lab, voter turnout shows the health of the democracy and it shows how satisfied people are with the current political state.
- If you don’t vote, it can lead to the undesired candidate being elected into office.
- If you don’t vote, then someone you don’t want to run for office could have a better chance of being elected.
