Joan MacIsaac to host “expanding our summer buffet” class
Class to be held at East Congregational Church with Brookwood Community Farm
We will prepare easy summer meals inspired from the Meze, Tapas, and Antipasto recipes of the Mediterranean. At the heart of it all is fresh produce, simple preparation and enticing flavors achieved with cooking techniques, spices, and herbs. We’ll make a meze platter of interesting dips (carrot-walnut dip, green harissa, cucumber yogurt…) along with fresh salads and breads for dipping. This class will be held on Thursday, August 16th from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. for $45.
