If you are looking for somewhere to watch the big game with friends or maybe somewhere more casual to take your significant other on a date, then the Brick and Beam is the place for you. With televisions placed strategically around the main bar you don’t need to worry about missing a single second of the action. But the Brick and Beam isn’t all about the atmosphere; the Tavern, located conveniently on the Quincy-Milton line, has incredible food sure to satisfy even the most pickiest of eaters’ taste buds.
When it comes to food the Brick and Beam sure doesn’t disappoint. With lengthy lunch and dinner menus there’s a little something for everyone. If you are extra hungry I suggest taking a look at their appetizer menu. They have many great options for your pre-meal fix, including dishes like baked pretzel sticks and the one pound meat ball.
Now when it comes to your main course, it may be hard to choose from all the delicious options, but if you feel like being a little adventurous, I would suggest ordering the Chicken Avocado BLT. The Grilled chicken sandwich with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado on a brioche bun served with a crispy basket of fries is enough to satisfy anyone’s tastes buds. Available on both the lunch and dinner menus, the twist on the oh-so-classic BLT will leave you going back for more.
And if you are looking for something more sophisticated, grilled NY strip steak or Blackened salmon are great options. The tavern also offers a kids menu which includes children’s favorites like chicken fingers or mac and cheese to more sophisticated options like grilled salmon, making the Brick and Beam a great place to bring the entire family. The food also comes at a great price with the most expensive menu item topping being $28 you are sure to get a great quality meal without worrying about burning a hole in your wallet.
The menu options aren’t just limited to food as the drink options are just as amazing. The beer menu is enough to make any beer enthusiast happy with a selection of 16 beers on draft and another 23 available in cans and bottles you are sure to find something your like. Also offered is a fairly lengthy cocktail menu for you to choose from which includes the Taverns speciality drink the Brick and Beam punch. The punch made with spiced captain Morgan is sure to please. And if wine is more your thing, then they have you covered too. With various selections of reds, whites, and Rosé you are sure to find something to sip on.
With a convenient location, great food and drinks all being offered at cheap prices the Brick and Beam is sure to make a lasting impression. So whether it is to watch the next Red Sox game with friends or just going on an outing with friends, make sure to stop by the Brick and Beam.
