Milton Public Library to show “The Glass Castle” on Tuesday, June 19th

Our “Tuesday Night at the Movies” choice for June 19th starting promptly at 6:30 p.m. is “The Glass Castle” (c2017) starring Brie Larson, Woody Harrelson, and Naomi Watts. Based on the New York Times best-selling memoir, Jeannette had a poor but wildly adventurous childhood, raised by her free-spirited father and her mother, an eccentric artist. But when her father’s behavior becomes erratic, Jeannette must find the courage to live on her own terms in this uplifting story of unconditional love. The running time for this movie is 127 minutes and it is rated PG-13 for “mature thematic content including family dysfunction, some language and smoking.” Therefore it is not suitable for very young children.
