Summer art classes to be offered at Milton Art Center

Summer! Time for fun and exploring new worlds and artists at the Milton Art Center with their complete list of summer 2018 art classes.

The Milton Art Center, located in East Milton Square at 334 Edge Hill Road, offers weekly, morning and afternoon summer art classes for children and teens who enjoy learning new skills, thinking outside of the box to bring their ideas and stories to life. Each week children gain a sense of accomplishment learning art techniques in drawing, painting, mixed media, sewing, clay, digital media, paper mache sculpture and more.

Our teachers engage children’s imaginations and feelings using open-ended instruction, allowing children to enjoy the process of creation and the pride of accomplishment.

Summer Art Classes selections at Milton Art Center

Our Summer Art Studios for Pre-Teens and Teens program, ages 12-17 enables teens to gain new skills in drawing and painting in a relaxing atmosphere while developing their creative vision.

New! Creative writing courses for ages 8-14. These courses will encourage joyful and reluctant writers to experiment and play. At the end of the course, students will have some finished work and greater confidence in their abilities as writers.

There’s more time to think, relax and create in the summer. Use your time well; sign up for classes in the arts and writing to improve your skills expressing yourself.
