How to receive power outage updates from Eversource

On June 24/25, over 3,400 Milton residents lost power due to an issue on Randolph Ave.

Many residents relied on Milton Neighbors for updates as to when their power would be restored.

Here is how to receive updates from Eversource on power outages and restorations:

1. Go to: www.eversource.com
2. If you do not have an account, you’ll need to establish one. In order to do this, you’ll need a bill from Eversource.
3. Once you have established and logged in to your account, set up your alerts. Go to Residential, My Account, Settings/Alerts:
   
4. Go to Alerts, Outage, Contacts:
   

5. Add your new contact for outage alerts and updates:
   
6. You can add multiple contacts for text, phone calls, and emails. Don’t forget to save your new contact:
