It’s a Valentine’s Day tradition to donate mini-toiletries to local charities for people in need.

Going on vacation next week?

Grab some of those extra shampoos and soaps, to donate when you return.

Here are some local charities that accept toiletries:

• Milton Food Pantry (9:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.; No donations after 10:30 a.m.)
• Father Bill’s
• Pine Street Inn
• Rosie’s Place
• Temple Beth David in Canton (donations are accepted at the temple, but please call for office hours: 781-828-2275)
