Since it’s the season for snow, we might as well enjoy ourselves a little. Milton Neighbors recommend their favorite spots.

Andrews Park, Milton

To the right of the parking lot, Andrews has a fantastic hill for sledding.

Charles A Bernazzani Elementary School, Quincy

Located on Furnace Brook Parkway, Bernazzani is a perennial sledding favorite.

Cunningham Park, Milton

Recommended for younger children, drive to the back of Cunningham Park and park at the top of the hill.

Furnace Brook Golf Course, Quincy

Located very close to Milton, this spot has lots of great hills for sledding

Granite Links Golf Course, Quincy

With its stunning views to Boston, it’s no surprise that Granite Links has some awesome sledding hills.

Larz Anderson Park, Brookline

It is recommended that you “stay to the left side of the slope” when sledding here.

Kelly Field, Milton

Sled down the hill at the St. Mary’s cross walk.

Milton Academy, Milton

On Center Street in the back near the Science building is rumored to be a fantastic sledding spot.

Nashoba Valley, Littleton

Two-hour tubing starts at $33/ticket. The tubing park is open 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays

New England Sports Park, Amesbury

Tubing at New England Sports Park is offered Fridays: 3:00 – 8:00 p.m, Saturdays & Sundays 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Tickets are $25 each.

Presidents Golf Course, Quincy

Offers some great hills for sledding.

Shields Park, Milton

Offers beginner sledding for toddlers and preschoolers.

Ski Ward, Shrewsbury

Ski Ward offers tubing starting at $15/hour for ages 6 and up, and also has group rates. They’re open weekdays, 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., Saturdays, holiday and school vacations from 10:00 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Sundays, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Wachusett Mountain, Princeton

Wachusett Mountain offers Midnight Madness snow tubing, 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. on January 13, February 10, and March 10, 2018.
