Milton DPW reminders: basketball hoops, recycling, and snow prep

The Milton Department of Public Works would like to issue a few reminders to residents this week:

In anticipation of Thursday’s snowstorm, please be sure to clear your street of sporting equipment like basketball hoops or hockey nets. Doing so will help plows and rubbish trucks make it through the streets. Please place your trash next to snow banks (not behind them) or clear an area of the curb.

The Town Recycling Center is open this Saturday, January 6th, from 9:00 a.m. – 12 p.m. To learn more about accepted items at the recycling center, visit Milton’s Recycling Center website.
