Milton Public Library to host “Fall into Reading: Meet Local Authors” event
On Sunday, October 22nd, the Library will host its annual “Fall into Reading: Meet Local Authors” event, featuring 12 local authors who will share their works at a meet and greet. Starting at 2:00 p.m., each writer will offer a brief introduction of themselves or their work, and will then be available for one-on-one conversation with readers. This year, the collection of authors includes Joan Blake, Delia Cabe, Steven Cardoza, Jenn Dlugos, Corey Dolgon, Ariana Ferrante, Iris Gomez, Charles Hatton, Connie Mayo, Tom MacDonald, Randy Ross, and Patricia Smith. Their books cover a wide range of fiction and non-fiction topics. Don’t miss this chance to meet local talent and find new books for you and your family of readers.
All of these programs are kindly sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Public Library, and the concert series is also supported by the Milton Woman’s Club. They are free and open to the public, and will be held in the Keys Community Room unless otherwise specified. Please come and enjoy our library’s happenings this October. For more information, go to our website or contact Jean Hlady, Adult Services Librarian, at 617-698-5757, x. 3.
