Dear Friends and Neighbors,

I’m excited to once again run for Town Meeting Member for Precinct 3. My life partner, Andi, and I decided to raise our kids in Milton because of the great schools, the abundance of green space, and the open and welcoming community. I couldn’t be prouder to be a Miltonian!

As the parents of two first-graders at Glover, we’ll be in Milton for a very long time (!) and we’re both very committed to the town. I’m a member of the Glover School Diversity Committee; I’m becoming actively involved with SEPAC, the Special Education Parents Advisory Committee; we’re members of St. Michael’s Episcopal Church; and I’m very active in local, Democratic politics.

I’m committed to helping Milton continue to be and become a great place for all families– whether it’s working on issues of fairness and inclusion in our schools; supporting green space and the existence of outdoor and recreation activities that are accessible to all; and, ensuring that any further development in Milton makes sense for both the landscape and the neighbors.

My 25-year professional career in both the non-profit and for profit world has given me a depth of understanding of management and budgets that I believe will be extremely helpful as Milton confronts its ongoing fiscal issues.

I would love to once again earn the vote of my Precinct 3 neighbors and, in return, I promise to be an accessible and available Town Meeting Member and to represent your concerns and interests to the best of my ability.

Thank you and please remember to vote on April 25th!

Nora
