Milton Neighbors eager to find out what will replace The Villa Rosa

It looks like the people behind a sports bar in Boston and an Irish pub in Dorchester are taking over an iconic space in Quincy.

According to two difference sources (including one in the restaurant industry), the owners of North Star on Friend Street near North Station and The Banshee on Dorchester Avenue are planning to open a new dining/drinking spot in the former Villa Rosa space on Adams Street.
